At Stadhampton Primary School, Religious Education is taught to help children understand and respect a diverse range of religions and worldviews, while encouraging reflection on beliefs, values and questions of meaning. Our curriculum aims to develop children’s knowledge of major religions alongside skills of enquiry, empathy and critical thinking. Through RE, children learn to appreciate diversity, develop respect and tolerance, and reflect on their own values, supporting their spiritual, moral, social and cultural development.

Parents and Carers have the right to withdraw their child from all or part of Religious Education. Please contact us via the School Office if you would like to discuss this.
